INDEED, AGE IS CATCHING UP ON ME!!!!
i realise tis when i started exercising....i used 2 b able 2 do 30+ sit-ups in 1 min 2 secure an 'A' in every napfa test...BUT....nw, i spend eeyore times 2 complete my target of 100 sit-ups a day...
I TINK I'M TEARIN MY STOMACH MUSCLES....
hahaz....i'm forcin myself 2 do sit-ups even thou my stomach muscles hurt!!! i've done 300 sit-ups in e past 3 days....hehe....tt doesnt seem lyk alot....but i'm lookin fwd 2 e day my muscles will no longer hurt when i do sit-ups...lol~
i tink i'll haf a bz wk ahead....since, tmr i'll hafta accompany my dad 2 e hospital 2 do his check-up....den wed i nd 2 go bai my ah mah, since itz e 100th day of death....n thu i'll b gg out wif jenn, my sec sch fren, 2 bugis aft she knock off 2 gt us both bags...i hope i'll b able 2 gt 1 tt i lyk, suitable n wif a gd bargain....woohoo~~~ n wad more bein preoccupied wif my exercising plan n der's my bks which i borrowed....haha....
oh ya...my bro is gg 4 his poly orientation tmr, wed n thu....so,
